Risk Resilience Radar China (RRRC)

The project aims to further establish the Chinese infrastructure for the system for early identification, monitoring and assessment of risks in China, primarily those of interest for BJAST and BMILP as well as a module for resilience (ability of a system to recover after a “shock”). The project is coordinated by Steinbeis Advanced Risk Technologies (R-Tech), which is part of is a cluster of business units belonging to and/or linked to Steinbeis (www.steinbeis.de).

The project covers the following work packages (WPs):
WP 0: Project kick-off
WP 1: Further development Risk Radar China (RRC) software, as well as extending its functionality by means of a resilience module, based on the outcomes of the EU projects such as SmartResilience, Resolute and other DRS projects.
WP 2: Collection and compiling the initial list of Resilience related indicators including comparison with the European SmartResilience project
WP 3: Training of Chinese RRRC-users in China and on-line support when using the system
WP 4: Europe - China Forum on Risk and Resilience (M12) – Deliverable D4.
